Smoked Pork Chops on the Grill with Spices
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp sweet paprika
● 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
● 1 tbsp coarse salt
● ¾ tsp sugar
● ¾ tsp chili powder
● ¾ tsp garlic powder
● ¾ tsp onion powder
● ¼ – ½ tsp cayenne pepper
● 6 boneless smoked pork chops
● Olive oil
METHOD:
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, freshly ground black pepper, salt, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover the pork chops with the spice mixture, place them in a large plastic food bag, seal it, and refrigerate.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Remove the smoked pork chops from the refrigerator and let them rest, covered, at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
Drizzle the pork chops with olive oil and transfer them to the grill.
Grill for a total of 10 minutes and serve hot.
