Bruschetta with Paderis’ Prosciutto Cotto & Pear
Ingredients:
- Paderis’ Prosciutto Cotto, sliced
● Toasted bread slices
● Cream cheese
● Pear
● Honey
● Pomegranate seeds
● Walnuts
● Freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Toast the Bread:
Grill, toast, or use a toaster to crisp up the bread slices until golden brown and crunchy.
Spread the Cream Cheese:

Add the Prosciutto Cotto:
