Smoked Pork Chop with Orange Chutney and Roasted Florinis Pepper Ingredients: 2 Paderis smoked pork chops 100g rocket (arugula) 50g roasted Florinis pepper with garlic 50g orange chutney 2 tbsp olive oil Method: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, sear the smoked pork chop for 3 minutes on each side, turning only once, until it develops a nice golden crust.
