Bruschetta with Paderis’ Prosciutto Cotto & Pear

Ingredients:

  • Paderis’ Prosciutto Cotto, sliced
    ● Toasted bread slices
    ● Cream cheese
    ● Pear
    ● Honey
    ● Pomegranate seeds
    ● Walnuts
    ● Freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Toast the Bread:

Grill, toast, or use a toaster to crisp up the bread slices until golden brown and crunchy.

Spread the Cream Cheese:

Generously spread cream cheese over each toasted slice.

Add the Prosciutto Cotto:

Place a slice of Paderis’ Prosciutto Cotto on top of the cream cheese.

Layer the Pear:

Arrange thin slices of pear over the prosciutto.

Drizzle with Honey:

Drizzle a bit of honey over the bruschetta for a touch of sweetness.

Garnish with Pomegranate & Walnuts:

Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts for crunch and extra flavor.
