Chylopites with Paderis’ sausage and beef

Ingredients:
- 400g beef fillet
- 400g country-style sausage
- 500g chylopites
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch parsley
- 100ml white wine
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 50ml olive oil
- 100g grated kefalotyri cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh herbs
- 100g feta cheese, cubed
Method:
Cut the beef into cubes.
Slice the sausage diagonally.
Boil the chylopites and drain them.
Sauté the beef and sausage in olive oil, then deglaze with white wine.
Season with salt and pepper, add the chylopites and tomatoes, and stir.
Incorporate the fresh herbs, grated kefalotyri, and feta cheese.
Taste and serve.
