Paderis’ Country Style Sausage with mushrooms, thyme and fried eggs

Sausage Options:

  • Beef Country Style Sausage: Crafted from select cuts of beef, these sausages boast signature flavour and character!

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 800g Paderis country style sausage
  • 500g round mushrooms
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method:

Sauté the country style sausages in a frying pan.

Add the mushrooms and cook until browned.

Season with salt, pepper and fresh thyme.

Carefully crack the eggs on top.

Serve immediately.
