Smoked Bacon Paderis rolls with plums

Smoked bacon from selected cuts of fresh pork. Its delightful flavor comes from natural smoking.

Ingredients for 4 servings: 20 dried prunes

  • 20 slices of bacon
  • ½ kg button mushrooms
  • ½ kg yoghurt
  • A pinch of paprika
  • Fresh herbs: salt, pepper
  • 50ml sunflower oil

For the yoghurt dip:

  • 200g yoghurt
  • Fresh herbs

Method:

Wrap each plump with a slice of smoked bacon.

Thread them onto skewers.

Grill or bake for 5 minutes.

Sauté the mushrooms.

Prepare the yoghurt dip.

Serve the dish.
