“Stroganoff” with Country Style Sausage Paderis

Ingredients:
- 400g country-style sausage
- 200g bacon
- 400g beef
- 3 mixed bell peppers
- 300g mushrooms
- 80ml red wine
- A pinch of thyme
- 20g mustard
- 180ml cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 40ml sunflower oil
Method:
Slice the sausages, bacon and beef into strips.
Sauté them vigorously for 3 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, searing them to lock in flavours.
Deglaze the pan with red wine.
Incorporate thyme and mustard.
Stir well and pour in the cream.
