Smoked Pork Chop with Orange Chutney and Roasted Florinis Pepper

Ingredients:

  • 2 Paderis smoked pork chops
  • 100g rocket (arugula)
  • 50g roasted Florinis pepper with garlic
  • 50g orange chutney
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Once the oil is hot, sear the smoked pork chop for 3 minutes on each side, turning only once, until it develops a nice golden crust.
  3. Serve on a platter with fresh rocket, orange chutney and the roasted Florinis pepper sauce.
