Tex Mex Hot Dog with Nachos, Jalapeños and Paderi Hot Dog Sausages
Ingredients:
5 Paderi hot dog sausages
• 5 hot dog buns
• 100g cheddar sauce
• 20 slices of jalapeño peppers
• 50g nachos, for serving
Method:
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Once boiling, add the 5 Paderi hot dog sausages and simmer over a medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Slice the hot dog buns down the middle and spread 2 teaspoons of cheddar sauce inside each. Lightly crush some nachos and sprinkle them over the sauce, then place a sausage in each bun.
Top with a few slices of jalapeño and, if desired, drizzle over a little more cheddar sauce.
