Stifado with Country Style Paderis’ sausages
Sausage Options:

Ingredients:
- 800g country-style sausage
- 3 mixed bell peppers
- 800g small pearl onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- A pinch of thyme
- A pinch of oregano
- A sprig of rosemary
- 80ml olive oil
- 80ml red wine
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 1 litre chicken stock
Method:
Sauté the onions vigorously in olive oil.
Add the bell peppers and mushrooms.
Introduce the sausage and sear until browned.
Deglaze with red wine and incorporate the herbs.
Add the tomatoes and chicken stock.
Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
