Salad with penne pasta, Paderis’ cold cuts and cheeses

Mortadella Paderis, boiled or roasted, made from selected meats with natural aromas and pepper.

Air-dried salami Paderis, spicy and flavorful, crafted from premium finely chopped meat.

Ham Paderis, made from fresh pork, containing 1.9% salt and 0% to 3% fat.

Turkey breast Paderis, with a light taste, ideal for those seeking a balanced diet with very low fat (0% to 3%) and 1.9% salt.

Ingredients:

  • 500g penne pasta
  • 150g pickled gherkins
  • 150g Florina peppers
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ⅓ bunch mint
  • ⅓ bunch chives
  • 100g ham
  • 100g turkey
  • 100g mortadella
  • 100g air-dried salami
  • 100g Edam cheese
  • 100g Gouda cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 20ml white vinegar

Method:

Cook the penne pasta in salted water.

After boiling, cool the pasta.

Finely chop the remaining ingredients.
